Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026
THE SHORT VERSION

1. Who we are

Lurnvo is a trade name (DBA) of JLM Enterprise LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Lurnvo," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lurnvo.com, our course site at learn.lurnvo.com, and your purchase and use of Lurnvo courses. You can reach us any time at support@lurnvo.com.

By using our websites, creating an account, or buying a Lurnvo course, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the sites or buy the course.

2. What you're buying

The Lurnvo course is a self-paced, 28-day online AI course. When you buy it, you get access through your personal account on our course site (learn.lurnvo.com) to 28 interactive lessons. Each lesson includes written instruction, copy-ready prompts, interactive prompt builders, a knowledge check, and a daily deliverable to complete on your own. Lessons may be released on a schedule (for example, one per day) to support the 28-day format.

The course is exactly what's described on the product page at the time you buy. It does not include videos, live sessions, coaching, community access, personal feedback, or one-on-one support unless a product page explicitly says so. We may offer additional products or tiers in the future; those will be sold separately with their own descriptions.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy the course. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.

Your account is for one person. Keep your login details private and don't share your account or let others use it. You're responsible for activity under your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, email us right away.

4. Payment and our course platform

Our course site and checkout are provided by Thinkific, and card payments are processed by Thinkific's payment partner, Stripe. For buyers in the United States and Canada, Thinkific calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales tax. Buyers elsewhere may be charged tax where required. We never see or store your full card details. Thinkific's terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of the course site.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you've already completed. If we move to a different course platform in the future, these Terms still apply, and we'll update this section and help you move your access.

5. All sales are final. No refunds.

Because course access is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or money-back guarantees. This is stated on our website and at checkout before you buy. You can try Day 1 free before purchasing.

By completing your purchase, you (a) request immediate access to the digital content, and (b) acknowledge that, where local law allows, you lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once access begins.

This doesn't take away any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived by agreement. And if something is actually wrong on our side, for example you can't access lessons you paid for, a lesson doesn't work, or you were charged twice, email support@lurnvo.com and we'll fix the access problem or correct the charge.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We'll respond promptly and do our best to resolve the issue directly. We may suspend course access while a payment dispute is open.

6. How long you have access

Your purchase includes access to the course for as long as we offer it, with no subscription and no expiry date. If we ever stop offering the course, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance so you have time to finish it and save your own work.

7. Your license to use the course

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course for your own learning and your own business or professional work.

You may not:

Using the prompts in your own work is exactly the point. Quoting a single prompt in a social post, with credit to Lurnvo, is fine too. Team or company-wide use requires a separate license. Email us and we'll sort it out.

We may suspend or close accounts that share access or otherwise break these rules, without refund. The course, its text, design, prompts, and branding are owned by JLM Enterprise LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Everything not expressly granted in this section is reserved.

8. What you create is yours

The documents, prompts, plans, content, automations, and products you create while working through the course belong to you. We claim no ownership of your work. If you post in any course discussion area, you give us permission to display that post within the course, and you're responsible for what you post.

9. Third-party tools

The lessons teach you to use third-party services such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion, Zapier, Make, Buffer, Canva, image generators, and others. Lurnvo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies unless we say so. Those tools have their own terms, prices, and privacy practices, may change or discontinue features at any time, and may require paid subscriptions that are not included in the price of the course. You're responsible for your accounts with them and for how you use them.

10. Educational content only. No guarantee of results.

The course is provided for educational and informational purposes. We make no promises or guarantees about any specific results, including time saved, income, sales, business success, or career outcomes. Any examples in the course are illustrations, not typical or expected results. What you get out of the course depends on your own effort, circumstances, and many factors outside our control.

Nothing in the course is legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. Lessons on pricing, selling, and launching products are general education. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.

11. AI output is your responsibility

AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or made-up information. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying anything an AI tool produces before you rely on it, publish it, send it, or sell it, and for making sure your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and the rights of others.

12. Acceptable use

Don't misuse our websites or the course site. That includes trying to break or overload them, scraping them, accessing them in unauthorized ways, harassing other students, or using them for anything unlawful.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the websites and the course are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the course will meet your needs, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information in it about third-party tools will stay current. The course site depends on third-party providers, and occasional downtime can happen.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JLM Enterprise LLC and its owners, members, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the websites or the course. Our total liability for any claim relating to the websites or the course is limited to the amount you paid us for the course in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain of these limitations, so some may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify JLM Enterprise LLC against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the course, including sharing your account or redistributing course materials.

16. Updates to the course and these Terms

We may improve, correct, or update lessons over time, and updates to the course you bought appear in your account at no extra cost. We may update these Terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the current one. Changes don't apply retroactively to purchases made before the change.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to email us at support@lurnvo.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the websites and the course. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
